Description
Battery aluminum foil is used as a collector for lithium-ion batteries. Generally, rolled aluminum foil is taking as positive collect in lithium-ion battery industry.
Battery foil is kind of material used for making current collector of lithium ion battery. It is mainly made of aluminum alloy 1235, 1060and 1070. The thickness is between 10--50mic and the regular size for pipe core is 76.2mm/152.4mm.

Quality requirement

1. Clean, flat, and uniform color surface without obvious roll marks, pitting, pinholes, or corrosion;
2. No crease, oil, spots, bright lines, or other defects on the surface;
3. No color differences;

Characteristics:

1. The shape and thickness can be controlled precisely with the help of advanced Honeywell automatic thickness control and ABB plate control system on the aluminum foil rolling machine;
2. To ensure the high quality of our product, we select the best aluminum foil blank where the hydrogen content, nonmetal slag content, and granularity are strictly controlled.
3. On-line de-oil technology has been adopted to achieve cleanliness of aluminum foil on the basis of ensuring the mechanical strength.
