Purity 99% 1100 Aluminum Sheet with High Quality
Description: 1100 aluminum is a kind of commercial pure aluminum which is extensively used in all kinds of industries. The aluminum content (mass fraction) is 99.00%, thus making it have non-heat treatable property. It has high corrosion resistance, high electrical conductivity and thermal conductivity, low density, and excellent plasticity, which can be processed into various aluminum products through press working. However, the strength is relatively low. Other process performance of 1100 is basically the same with 1050A.
1100 aluminum sheet is suitable for parts or products that demand good formability and corrosion resistance without high strength requirement, such as food & chemical handling, storage equipment, sheet medal tools, hollow hardware, welding key, reflectors, nameplates and so on.

1) High corrosion resistance, electrical conductivity and thermal conductivity;
2) Low density, good ductility, formability and weldability;
3) Smooth and perfect surface after anodized oxidation treatment.
