6063 Aluminum Sheet/coil is an aluminum alloy with magnesium and silicon as the alloying elements. 6063 is an aluminium alloy, with magnesium and silicon as the alloying elements. The standard controlling its composition is maintained by The Aluminum Association. It has generally good mechanical properties and is heat treatable and weldable. It is similar to the British aluminium alloy HE9. 6063 is the most common alloy used for aluminium extrusion. It allows complex shapes to be formed with very smooth surfaces fit for anodizing and so is popular for visible architectural applications such as window frames,door frames, roofs, and sign frames.[3][4] Applications requiring higher strength typically use 6061 or 6082 instead.
6082 aluminum plate is a heat treatment can strengthen the alloy, with good formability, weldability,machinability and corrosion resistance, while with moderate strength, after annealing can still maintain goodoperability, mainly for mechanical structure , Including bar, sheet, pipe and profiles.

Performance:
1)good corrosion resistance, good weldability, good cold workability, moderate strength;
2)high strength, especially with anti-fatigue strength, plasticity and high corrosion resistance;
3) good forming processing performance;
Mg and Si are added to 6061 aluminum sheet/coil, thus, it has middle strength and good resistance to correction. Cu and Zn can also improve the strength of aluminum alloy. Besides, 6061 aluminum sheet/coil probably the most commonly available, heat treatable aluminum alloy. 6061 aluminum sheet/coil can be easily cold worked and formed in the annealed condition. Stamping, bending, spinning, deep drawing are all readily
accomplished using standard methods. By adding copper, 6061 aluminum sheet/coil has 40% electrical conductivity.
