Xinyu 5083 aluminum cast tool and Jig plate, stictly control the aluminum impurity, alkali metal elements and low melting point elements, so that improve corrosion resistance and creep resistance, milling and grinding plate on both sides of the flat surface fine presentation, dimensional tolerance standard global leader, factory inspection, double-sided film protection, strength more than similar European products.

Xinyu 5083 aluminum cast tool and Jig plate is one-third as heavy as steel plate, which usually eliminates the need for heavy handling equipment for installation or set up, and reduces the load on ways and screws. It is highly resistant to corrosion, requiring no protective treatment. After the tool is obsolete, Tool & Jig plate has a higher salvage value than steels. Cast Aluminum Tool & Jig Plate is used where strength is not a requirement, but minimal machining distortion along with flatness is required. This material is non-heat treatable. Cast Aluminum Tool & Jig Plate has electrical conductivity of 36% of copper.
