Description: The Stucco Embossed Aluminum Sheet is our professional product, we are experienced to produce and supply this product. It can be used for antisepsis and heat preservation project, indoor and outdoor decoration, inner bag of refrigerator and deep freezer, construction of top-grade structure. With craft paper covering, it will be better for antisepsis, and can be used for antisepsis project construction of oil industry, electric power industry and chemical industry and top-grade structure.
The aluminum sheet is coated with PE/PVDF. Polyester coating formed by multiple baking and coating on the surface of aluminum plate can generate a fast and continuous solid film that acts as a kind of protection and decoration. This coating is UV resistant.
Polyester /PVDF resin contains high polymer with ester bond as the main chain and alkyd resin, which can protect objects from UV rays, wind, rain, frost, snow, ice and freezing when exposed to air, and cannot be influenced by temperature difference, freeze-thaw cycle, corrosive gas, or micro-organism. It is very suitable for making interior decorations and billboards.
Property:
A. Horizontal difference
The lateral thickness difference between the embossed oxide board and the strip should not exceed 0.02mm.
B. Height of pattern
The height of embossed oxide board and strip embossed on both sides is 0.11~0.15mm. When the demand side has a special embossing height requirement, it is negotiated by both the supplier and the buyer, and specified in the contract (or purchase order).
C. Anodized Oxide thickness
The thickness of the partial oxide thickness on the embossed sheet and strip should be 5 to 10 μm.
D. Mechanical properties
The room temperature tensile properties of the substrate should meet the requirements of GB/T 3880.When the demand side has requirements on the mechanical properties of embossed oxide plates and strips, it shall be negotiated between the supplier and the buyer and be noted in the contract (or purchase order).
E. Appearance quality
1) The surface of the embossed oxide plate and strip should be clean, and cracks, cracks, corrosion, oil spots and other defects shall not be allowed.
2) No defects such as rainbow light, water ripple (tiger stripes), are allowed on the surface of the embossed oxide plate or strip. No stripes or color differences are allowed.
3) The surface of the embossed oxide plate and strip is allowed to be individually and slightly scratched;
4) The strip layer is not more than 5mm, and the tower shape is not more than 5mm. No connector is allowed.
